I can help you find your inner strength, your will, your clarity, your confidence to rise above your current confusion and to move forward.
Being able to do this work and serving people has been an extraordinary experience, I’m so grateful for that. It’d be an honor for me to help you break through all the pain and all the anger and all the confusions that are part of our natural life. For those who are willing to trust the guidance, I can help you open your heart and mind to try and understand that you are loved, that God loves you, that you have the power within yourself to get off the pain and the feeling that it’s always never enough, and always having a situation in which you are angry or you’re in lack of self acceptance.
My Philosophy
When you want something, you need to take action that is effective in allowing it to come true. The usual problem is that you might be confused, unclear or unsure about what you want, or that your actions are ineffective. The reasons behind could be quite complex. I can help you sort it out so you can move ahead with more confidence.
My Approach
I don’t tell you what to do. If you’re expecting me to have the answers and solutions for all your problems, then I’m probably not the right coach or consultant for you. What I do is I can help you find out the answers yourself and break through the blocks, confusion, disorder you’re currently facing so that you have more clarity and confidence in moving forward to take the actions that are aligned with your heart and for your highest good.
My Unique Ability
Born and raised in Malaysia, getting my university education in the U.S., and having worked for many years in the U.S., China and South-east Asia, I had the good fortune to experience a multi-cultural, multi-racial, multi-lingual, multi-national, diversified life. I do my best to respect every person no matter the background. My special ability in understanding the unique perspectives of different people and getting to the depths of the issues is certainly owing a lot to my diverse background, coupled with my working and living experiences in various places, as well as my cherished meetings and interactions with people from all over the world.
4 Guidelines I follow in life
With regards to parenting, as well as personal development, I find that the more I learn, the more there is yet to know. No matter what I do in life, I always remember these 4 things below, and this is the way I go about doing anything and everything.
1. We can create the life and the future we want.
You possess within you all the power to create the future you desire. Trust in yourself that you are a powerful creator. Do not give your power away to anyone or anything. Do not believe in fate or destiny that tells you that your future is set in stone. You can always change the course of things and create what you want if your will is strong and you know the effective methods.
2. Always remember to choose Love.
Love is the most powerful thing in the Universe. If no other things can resolve a conflict, Love can. Love yourself. Love others. When you have relationship issues with another person, always check within yourself whether you are doing things out of love. Pure love. Not other intentions, expectations, conditions, emotions, fear or some kind of hidden agenda disguised as love.
3. The Present Moment is truly a gift.
Always focus on what you can do now. This moment is the only reality. Tomorrow is an idea, not a reality. Not because tomorrow is out of reach, but because it never exists. We can know life only today, only now. The present is the only living thing in existence.
Do not worry about your future. Do your present well, and the future will blossom.
~Sadhguru
4. There is actually no right or wrong.
For this one, I’m going to quote what Sadhguru has said about this, because he has said it so well:
There is no right thing to do in your life. There is no wrong thing to do in your life. If you know how not to make misery out of everything you do in your life, whatever you are doing is the right thing. If you are making misery out of everything that you do, everything that you do is a wrong thing.
Whatever we do in life is just the way we make out of it. Every experience of life we can make it an enriching experience; every experience in your life you can make a curse out of it. There is nothing wrong in anything, but it is just that you make misery out of it that’s what is wrong. If you know how to address this one issue then everything will be settled:
How not to make misery out of everything = How to live joyfully no matter what
If you’re capable of going through this world joyfully, then only you could talk about going beyond. Before that, just focus on living your life practically and joyfully.
